Between Spaces
Saturday 12 August
Between Spaces presents the work of three classes of IB and HSC students, who reflected on times and places of transition and becoming.
Some concepts that have been developed include testing human and AI creativity and illustrating the condition of empathy in relationships. Students worked in traditional and contemporary mediums to turn their observations into forms of installation, video, sculpture, photography, drawing, painting and printmaking.
We are impressed by the contemporary forms that these artworks have taken, and the resolution that has been achieved. They are instilled with rigour and relevance, and provide thoughtful commentary on personal and public experiences.
