He has held the position since his appointment to the College in 2008.\u00a0Previously, Dr Mulford\u00a0was\u00a0the Principal at Blue Mountains Grammar School (1992\u20132000) and at Radford College (2001\u20132008).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr Mulford\u2019s qualifications include a B. Economics, Graduate Diploma of Education, Masters of Education as well as a Doctorate of Education. He is a Fellow of the Australian College of Education (FACE), as well as an\u00a0adviser\u00a0for the Australian Council for Educational Research\u2019s Cooperative Scholarship Testing Program (CSTP)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since joining Newington College in 2008, Dr Mulford\u00a0is leading the school through one of its most ambitious reform programs, in terms of both organisation and development.
